इसी के साथ कैंडिडेट्स आधार कार्ड की डिटेल्स चेक कर लें। आधार कार्ड पर कैंडिडेट्स का नाम, डेट ऑफ बर्थ, फोटो, एड्रेस और पिता का नाम सही होना चाहिए। साथ ही डेट ऑफ बर्थ, 10वीं की मार्कशीट से मैच करनी चाहिए।

वहीं, पर्सन विद डिसएबिलिटी यह सुनिश्चित करें कि उनके सर्टिफिकेट वैलिड, अपडेटेड और जरूरत की मुताबिक रिन्यू कराए गए हों। इसी तरह रिजर्व कैटेगरी के स्टूडेंट्स भी अपने सर्टिफिकेट्स चेक कर लें।

Here’s what they shared: real, field-tested wisdom, not textbook theory.

1. Teach one class, every week.
It keeps empathy sharp and reminds everyone that learning is the core business not meetings.

2. Start with strength before you raise a concern.
In parent calls and staff feedback, lead with one genuine positive; then the ask.

3. Protect planning time like a timetable.
Give teachers a weekly, uninterrupted block for co-planning.

4. Name 3 priorities for the year, and say “no” to the rest.
Initiative overload exhausts good people. Depth beats breadth.

5. Do learning walks, not inspections.
Ten minutes in a class →a thank-you and one nudge. Coaching beats surveillance.

6. Celebrate progress, not just positions.
“Most improved” and “best effort” change more lives than “topper.”

7. Grow a bench.
Pick three teachers to mentor into leaders; give them real responsibilities and feedback.

8. Design humane timetables.
Avoid back-to-back heavy periods; stagger duties; leave oxygen in the day.

9. Make safety a living routine.

16. Invite student voice with follow-through.
A small student panel each term; act on at least one idea and report back.

17. Keep “Tea & Talk” alive.
Fifteen minutes of informal staffroom time weekly, no agenda, just people. Gossip vibes.

18. Choose fewer tools; train deeper.
One LMS well used beats five logins half used.

19.Leave systems, not shadows.
Document what works so it survives you, timetables, rituals, PD cycles, feedback loops.

Most CEOs make million-dollar decisions using the same process they use to pick lunch.

And that's exactly why 70% of strategic initiatives fail. Here's what I've noticed after watching hundreds of leaders in action: The average founder attacks problems like a firefighter. See problem → Rush to solution → Wonder why it keeps happening. But the best CEOs? They're more like detectives. They know that the first solution is rarely the right solution. The obvious answer is usually incomplete. And moving fast without thinking costs more time than thinking first. I learned this the hard way. Years ago, our sales were tanking. My gut said "hire more salespeople." Seemed obvious. More people = more sales, right? Wrong. When I finally slowed down to really examine the problem, I discovered our pricing was confusing customers. Our best prospects were ghosting us after demos. The fix? A simple pricing calculator on our website. Cost: $500 and one afternoon. Result: 40% increase in close rate. The expensive hiring spree I almost launched? Would've made things worse. Here's what separates strategic thinkers from reactive leaders: 1/ They question before they answer. What's really broken here? What are we not seeing? 2/ They zoom out before they zoom in. How does this connect to everything else? What's the real impact? 3/ They explore before they execute. What are ALL our options? What haven't we tried? 4/ They test before they invest. Can we try this small first? What would prove this works? 5/ They align before they advance. Is everyone clear on the why? Do we all see the same target? The ironic part? This "slower" approach is actually faster. Because you solve the right problem. Once. Instead of the wrong problem. Over and over. Strategic thinking isn't about being smarter. In the eyes of others, I saw: “He can’t do this.” That’s when I realized: control over my thoughts meant control over my body. Here's what I learned about emotions and how to move through it: 1. Anger ↳ Accept that anger is a natural response, but you are not bound to act on it. Pause, breathe, and choose rationality over impulse. 2. Fear ↳ Fear is a projection of the mind. Reaffirm that the present moment holds no true threat. Focus on your breath and remember that fear exists only in your thoughts, not in reality. 3. Disgust ↳ Recognize that disgust stems from your judgment. Detach from the emotion by shifting your perspective. The things you dislike are not inherently bad—they simply are. 4. Happiness ↳ True happiness comes from within, not external circumstances. Cultivate gratitude for what you have, and remain indifferent to fleeting pleasures. 5. Sadness ↳ Accept sadness as a part of life. Feel it fully, but do not allow it to control you. Focus on what you can change, and let go of what you cannot. 6. Anxiety ↳ Anxiety is often based on the fear of the unknown. Focus on what is within your control, and let go of what is not. Breathe deeply and ground yourself in the present. 7. Love ↳ Love is a virtue. Let it guide your actions, but do not cling to it. Love others freely, without expectation, and seek fulfillment in giving, not in receiving. 8. Employees are promoted based on their success in previous roles until they reach a point where their prior skills no longer translate to the new responsibilities, leading to a decline in their competence and effectiveness.

If the individual is competent in their new role, they will likely be promoted again and continue to be promoted until they reach a level of incompetence.
